The Queen and Prince Philip on their visit to the Stevenage Arts and Leisure Centre in March 2003. There they visited the 'Innovation @Stevenage 2003 Exhibition.' They were accompanied by the Queen's First Cousin, Simon Bowes-Lyon - in his role as Lord Lieutenant of Hertfordshire and his wife, Caroline.
