Prince Andrew YORK February 2000

On a windy February morning in 2000, Prince Andrew visited York. Officially there to look at the Bells dedicated in his grandmother's name, The Queen Mother, Its not often a royal is pictured standing on the back of a Mercedes Truck!  A well-wisher gave the Prince a 40th Birthday Balloon, as he celebrated that milestone event a few weeks later.

The Queen and Prince Philip pictured arriving at
