After arriving for her Christmas Break, the Queen stayed at her beloved Sandringham until Early February. This was the penultimate appearance she made to attend Morning Service on the Estate.
In glorious sunshine she greeted the crowds. She had been accompanied by Countess Mountbatten of Burma for the service and then short visit to the local Church Hall.
